Hi, I’m Sallie — a Property Stager, Interior Stylist and Furniture Designer with over 10 years of experience transforming spaces that not only look beautiful but also perform commercially.

Alongside my design work, I also manage a portfolio of buy-to-let and holiday properties, so I understand firsthand what it takes to make a property stand out in both the sales and rental markets. Whether it’s a family home, a Serviced Accommodation (SA) unit, or an HMO, I know how to create spaces that sell faster, rent better, and deliver real results.

In today’s competitive landscape for holiday lets it’s more important than ever to create a relaxed homely space for your guests that stands out.

We can take the hassle out of furnishing your holiday let by designing, sourcing and installing every aspect of your holiday home.

How it works

  1. Book a discovery call

    We’ll go through all your property details and your ideal buyer profile together. By the end of the call we will have agreed an approach that suits you and your aspirations for the property.

  2. Proposal

    After our call we will put together a proposal and a quote for you to consider. Once that is all agreed we can book your stage into the diary.

  3. We stage your property

    We will design, source and install your furniture, dealing with all deliveries and packaging. Your home will be perfect and ready for viewings. The furniture and accessories will be yours for 6 weeks (or forever for your holiday let).

  4. Dismantle

    Once the property is under offer, we will come and take away all of the furniture, leaving the property ready for it’s new owners.
