This two bedroom flat in the Docklands had been on the market for over six months when we were brought in to stage the property. Previously tenanted, the home lacked a clear identity and had failed to attract meaningful offers, while the owners were keen to sell in order to reduce ongoing costs.

Working closely with the homeowners, we created a light, modern scheme designed to resonate with young professionals drawn to the area’s excellent connections to Canary Wharf. Although surrounded by contemporary apartment blocks, this property sits within a charming Victorian terrace, and we chose to lean into that character rather than compete with its ultra-modern neighbours.

By embracing the building’s charm, we crafted a warm, cosy, cottage-inspired feel that set the flat apart and appealed to buyers seeking something with personality and charm.

The impact was immediate. Viewings during the first weekend generated three guide price offers, allowing the owners to proceed confidently with their preferred buyer.
